Story
He told me a story once about another man in the town of Cecilton also trapped muskrats. Dad would get up late most mornings to check on his traps. At some point, he started noticing that his traps were always empty and the other guys had plenty of muskrats to sell. He was so upset, that he ran into the man’s house and kick his butt. Apparently, he didn’t do a very good job, because as he was walking away, the man shot him in the back of the head with rock salt from a shotgun. To God be the Glory, my dad was a good distance away and he wasn’t killed. However, he had migraine headaches from that day forth.
